TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Agora's AI marketing platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using Agora on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your credentials or API keys. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Agora provides an AI-powered marketing platform with agents for Search, copywriting, design, distribution, and growth. Services are provided as-is and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

You agree not to use Agora for unlawful purposes, to transmit harmful content, to interfere with the platform or other users, to reverse engineer or exploit vulnerabilities, or to use the service in a manner that violates third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a license to use, process, and display your content to provide services. Agora's platform, branding, and technology remain our intellectual property. Output generated by our AI agents is licensed to you for your authorized use.

Fees are as described in your plan. You authorize us to charge your payment method. Refunds are governed by our refund policy. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agora's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, or for AI-generated content that does not meet your expectations.

You agree to indemnify and hold Agora harmless from claims arising from your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your agreement. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement. Waiver of any provision does not constitute waiver of others. We may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent. Notices will be sent to your account email.
